- Coaching can be helpful to anyone who is over 18 years old, willing to take this journey of personal and/or spiritual growth, and is ready to act in a responsible and well-intentioned way.
- Coaching can be helpful if you are interested in positive changes, want to develop an empowered state of mind, make decisions, and be more aware of your life journey.

When coaching is not recommended?
- Coaching is not recommended in cases of any kind of mental illness. If you have any mental disorder, consult your doctor and psychiatrist.
- Please be aware, that Coach is not a Therapist, Mentor, Lawyer, Broker, or that comes to show you how exactly he\she has already achieved the same goals that you want to achieve. Be aware that a coach is not always coming from your field of work, culture, or similar life situation.
- Coaching is not always recommended if you have severe memory disorders. Please contact your doctor before starting coaching sessions.
