What is coaching and how it can benefit you?
Coaching is a creative and collaborative process between a coach and a client. A coach does not provide all the answers and does not tell clients what is right and what is wrong, but guides clients to an understanding of their needs, values, and motives, and finding their own answers. Coaching helps you to find your own truth and direction. The good coach believes that every person has his/her unique goals and ways of achieving them.
Practically each and every professional coach has his/her own field of interest and specialization.

I specialize in Decision Making Coaching, Prosperity Coaching, and Spiritual Coaching.  I offer both individual sessions on any topics related to those areas and individual custom content and schedule coaching sessions.

 Being aware that pre-build coaching programs not always can be relevant in a lot of life situations under unique personal circumstances. That is why we also offer customized individual coaching  that will fit your needs and priorities.  It can be dedicated to a specific topic or combine a few life areas, way of thinking, positive world-view, professional or spiritual topics and goals.

In which situations coaching can be beneficial?

• Coaching can be beneficial if you want to grow professionally, personally, or spiritually.
• Take responsibility for your journey and make your life, or particular area of it, more structured and organized.
• Achieving specific goals (relationships, finances, choosing a profession, finding a purpose, or hobby that will help you feel more fulfilled and harmonious in your life).

For whom it can be helpful?

• Coaching can be helpful to anyone who is over 18 years old, willing to take this journey of personal and/or spiritual growth, and is ready to act in a responsible and well-intentioned way.
• Coaching can be helpful if you are interested in positive changes, want to develop an empowered state of mind, make decisions, and be more aware of your life journey.

• Tests and charts.

•  Creating a step by step plans and strategies.
•  Recognizing subconscious blocks and beliefs.

When coaching is not recommended?

• Coaching is not recommended in cases of any kind of mental illness. If you have any mental disorder, consult your doctor and psychiatrist.
• Please be aware, that Coach is not a Therapist,  Mentor, Lawyer, Broker, or that comes to show you how exactly he\she has already achieved the same goals that you want to achieve. Be aware that a coach is not always coming from your field of work, culture, or similar life situation.
• Coaching is not always recommended if you have severe memory disorders. Please contact your doctor before starting coaching sessions.
• Inform your Coach if:
  • Please inform your Coach if you have any vision, hearing, or language problems. Feel free to ask your Coach for help if you didn’t understand some words or ideas. Also inform your coach if you have difficulty reading or reviewing documents, workshops, or any other visual aids provided to you during the coaching sessions.
